Who we are

This website, www.medicare-senior.com, is operated by MT Advertising LLC. You can reach us at privacy@medicare-senior.com.

We are not an insurance company and we do not underwrite, issue or administer any insurance plan. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

What this site does

This is a single page that connects people who are shopping for a Medicare Advantage plan with a licensed insurance agent by telephone. We ask two questions to check whether the agent can actually help you, and then we show you a phone number to call.

There is no contact form on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your postal address, your ZIP code or your phone number, and there is nothing here for you to submit to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this page, the following information is collected:

• Your IP address, your browser and device type (user agent), the page that referred you here, and the full address of the page you landed on, including any campaign parameters it carries, such as UTM values and advertising campaign identifiers.
• Your answers to the two eligibility questions. These stay in your browser, in sessionStorage, and are not sent to any server of ours. The age range you select is passed to our call tracking provider as a campaign label, so that we can see which audiences the campaign reaches. It is not linked to your name or to any other identifier that we hold, because we do not hold one.
• A dedicated telephone number assigned to your visit. When you reach the final screen, our call tracking provider reserves one number from a pool and shows it only to you. If you call it, the provider can tell which advertisement brought you here.
• A cookie set by our call tracking provider, which keeps that number assigned to you for about 30 minutes.

We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build a profile of you across other websites.

Service providers

Marketcall provides the call tracking and call routing described above. It receives the information listed in the previous section, connects your call to a licensed insurance agent, and records the call. Its privacy policy is at marketcall.com/policy.

Meta Platforms(Facebook and Instagram) provides advertising measurement. A Meta tag on this page reports exactly two things to our advertising accounts: that the page was viewed, and that the call button was tapped. Nothing else travels with those two reports. Not your answers to the two questions, not your age, not any contact detail, and nothing about your health or your eligibility. Meta is not told about the call itself, its length or its content, because Meta has no access to any of that. Meta’s privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Phone calls

The number shown on this page routes to a licensed insurance agent, who may work for a third party and not for us. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes, as required in this industry. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not place the call. You can contact Medicare directly at 1-800-MEDICARE or at Medicare.gov instead.

We do not make outbound calls. Nobody will call you because you visited this page, for the simple reason that we never receive your phone number.

Cookies

The cookies used on this site are:

• Call tracking — set by Marketcall, it keeps the dedicated phone number assigned to your session for about 30 minutes so that your call can be matched to your visit. This cookie is what makes the number on your screen work as intended, so it is treated as essential to the service you asked for.
• Advertising measurement — set by the Meta tag on every visit. It holds a random identifier, with no name or contact detail in it, that lets the two reports above be counted against the advertisement you came from. Our call tracking provider reads the same identifier so that a call can be matched to that advertisement.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, this page still works: you will still see a phone number and you can still call it. What stops working is our ability to tell which advertisement the call came from.

Your choices and rights

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used and shared, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information on this site. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

Other states. Residents of other states with a comprehensive privacy law, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and opt out.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@medicare-senior.com. Please tell us the approximate date and time of your visit, since without a form submission we hold no name or account to search by, and that is often the only way we can locate a record. We will respond within the time allowed by the applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Children

This service is intended for adults shopping for a Medicare plan. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or the applicable rules change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
